01Who we are

Brand & Branding (“we”, “us”) is a packaging and label design studio run by Muhammad Tayyab S., based in [city, Pakistan]. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@brandandbranding.studio.

02What we collect

What you send us. The brief form asks for your name, brand name, product type, the pack you are interested in and an optional message. The form does not store anything on our website: when you press “Send my brief on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with your answers filled in, and we only receive them if you send that message. We also receive whatever you send us by WhatsApp or email, such as product details, photos, logos and files.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

Advertising data. If you arrive from one of our ads, we use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work. It records visits to this page and two events: “Lead” when you submit the brief form and “Contact” when you click a WhatsApp link. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you under its own privacy policy.

03How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your free concept, quote and deliver paid work, send files and invoices, keep basic business records, improve our website and ads, and protect the site from misuse. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for anything unrelated to working with you.

04Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the studio: WhatsApp (owned by Meta) for messages, our email and file-sharing tools, our website host, our payment provider [PayPal / Wise] when you pay, and Meta for ad measurement. Each handles your data under its own terms. We may also share information if the law requires it.

05Cookies and your choices

The Meta Pixel uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook / Instagram ad settings. The site works without these cookies.

06How long we keep it

We keep project messages and files for as long as we work together and for up to [3] years afterwards, so we can help with reprints or updates, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Invoices are kept as long as tax rules require.

07Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on your state or country (for example California, or the EU / UK), you may have extra rights under local law. Email hello@brandandbranding.studio and we will reply within 30 days.

08Where your data is processed

We are based outside the United States, and the tools we use may store data in different countries. By contacting us, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country.

09Children

This website is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
