01About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, request a free concept or buy a design package from Brand & Branding (“we”, “us”), run by Muhammad Tayyab S. By sending a brief or paying for a package, you agree to them.
02The free concept
We design one front label concept for one product, shown as a mockup on your bottle, jar or tube, with a colour and type direction and a short note explaining the choices. It is free: no card, no deposit, no obligation to buy.
You may keep the concept image we send you. The editable files, the final design and the print-ready files are only part of a paid package. We take a limited number of free concepts each week, and we may decline a request (for example, if the product is outside skincare and body care).
03Paid packages
Label Launch ($200 per product): final label design. Box Build ($300 per product): final box design. Complete Pack ($450 per product): label and box designed together. Each package includes 2 concepts, a 3D mockup, unlimited revisions, the dieline, and print-ready and source files, as described on our pricing section. Delivery times (3 or 4 days) are estimates and start once we have your complete brief, your printer’s dieline (if you have one) and the first payment.
04Payment
[75%] is due before work starts and the balance is due before we send the final files. We accept [Payoneer / IBAN]. Prices are in US dollars and do not include printing, which you arrange and pay for with your printer.
05Revisions
Revisions are unlimited until you approve the design, within the agreed project: the same product, size and overall direction. A new product, new size, or a complete change of direction after approval counts as a new project and is quoted separately.
06Your content and label requirements
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the logos, text, images and other material you send us. You are responsible for checking the final wording on your label, including ingredients, product claims, warnings, net contents, barcodes and any legal or regulatory requirements (for example FDA labeling rules) before you print. We design the layout; we do not give legal or regulatory advice.
07Ownership
Once the project is fully paid, you own the final approved design and may use it for your products and marketing. Concepts you did not choose remain ours. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media.
08Printing
We prepare print-ready files on your printer’s dieline. Please approve a printer proof before a full print run: we are not responsible for printing errors, colour differences between screens and print, or costs from a print run you approved.
09Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a paid project at any time. [The first payment is non-refundable once work has started; if you cancel before the first concepts are delivered, we refund (X)%.] Payments for delivered final files are non-refundable.
10Liability
We do our best work, but we cannot guarantee sales or results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or printing costs.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Pakistan]. If there is a disagreement, we will first try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith.
12Changes and contact
